Kenneth Roseman

Mr. Roseman focuses his practice on representing people injured as a result of motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, and slip and falls.  Mr. Roseman has been representing injured people for over 45 years and has litigated more than 4,000 lawsuits filed on behalf of his clients.  Mr. Roseman has also been the lead attorney in more than 200 jury trials.

Mr. Roseman has obtained multiple million dollar verdicts and settlements for his injured clients.  Insurance companies understand that if they do not offer a fair or timely settlement to Mr. Roseman’s clients, then the offer will be rejected and the case will go to trial.  The following are examples of Mr. Roseman’s trial success:

  • Wilson v. James:  Offer of Defendant’s $1 million policy limit, to settle medical malpractice claim, is rejected as untimely.  Jury verdict of $6.25 million.  Bad faith claims filed against Defendant’s insurance carrier and attorney result in confidential settlements substantially in excess of jury verdict.

  • DeSantis v. Gardner:  Offer of Defendant’s $30,000.00 policy limit is rejected as untimely.  Jury verdict of $1.8 million.  Bad Faith lawsuit filed against Defendant’s insurance carrier.  Settlement subject to strict confidentiality agreement.  Insurance carrier changes claim handling practices.

  • Brown v. Allstate Insurance Company:  Insurance carrier rejects offer to settle underinsurance claim for policy limit of $25,000.00.  Insurance carrier refuses to make any settlement offer.  Jury verdict of $135,000.00.  Bad Faith claim filed against insurance carrier.  Settlement subject to strict confidentiality agreement.

Mr. Roseman graduated number one in his law school class.  He is a frequent lecturer on trial tactics, personal injury law, and bad faith litigation against insurance companies.  Mr. Roseman has been asked to speak at seminars conducted by the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, Delaware Bar Association, American Board of Trial Advocates, and other legal organizations.
