Kenneth Roseman

  • DeSantis v. Gardner:  Offer of Defendant’s $30,000.00 policy limit is rejected as untimely.  Jury verdict of $1.8 million.  Bad Faith lawsuit filed against Defendant’s insurance carrier.  Settlement subject to strict confidentiality agreement.  Insurance carrier changes claim handling practices.

  • Brown v. Allstate Insurance Company:  Insurance carrier rejects offer to settle underinsurance claim for policy limit of $25,000.00.  Insurance carrier refuses to make any settlement offer.  Jury verdict of $135,000.00.  Bad Faith claim filed against insurance carrier.  Settlement subject to strict confidentiality agreement.
